My name is Joe Males, and I’m running for United States Congress in California’s 25th district. This is a longer message, but I humbly ask you to read it and consider donating to my campaign at the end.

WHO AM I?

Like I said, I’m Joe Males. I’m a Mexican-American who was adopted by two wonderful parents when I was four years old.

At a young age, I joined the United States Marine Corps to defend our country and ultimately earned the rank of Sergeant before my discharge. Once I entered civilian life, I started my entrepreneurial career owning a successful small computer business until my son took over the family business.

Since the Democrats will want to use this to attack me, I will tell you: I was a former Democrat. I switched over to the Republican Party during the Reagan era once I saw what the Democrats truly stood for. I’ve seen firsthand how today’s Democratic Party has abandoned working families. Every single day, I hear from constituents who are struggling with everyday challenges. I hear them, and I fully agree with them. It’s time for change in California.

WHY DID I ENTER POLITICS?

In short, my son, Nicholas, was tragically stabbed to death and murdered in 2016.

If you’re a parent, I’m sure you could imagine how devastating this was for me. Nicholas was only 28 at the time and did not deserve what happened.

He had followed in my footsteps and joined the Marine Corps. He was a father to two children – my grandchildren. When it happened, no one came forward with any information, and the case to find the killer went cold.

I decided to take a stand, to fight for the rule of law and public safety so that no other family has to experience the same tragedy. Five years later, I ran for City Council in Hemet. I won, and just a few months later, our amazing law enforcement found the killer and arrested him.

WHAT ARE MY PRIORITIES AS YOUR NEXT CONGRESSMAN?

As a former Democrat turned Republican, I know what the Democrat Party is supposed to represent. But ever since the Reagan era, they’ve continued to move farther and farther to the extreme left. Now, they stand for DEI, wokeness, putting Americans last, and doing everything they can to fight against President Trump.

As a Hispanic American who lives in a border district and who was adopted by American parents, I fully believe in LEGAL immigration. America is THE BEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD! Millions of people around the world want to move here for the American Dream, for the opportunity of a better life, but they must do it THE RIGHT WAY.

Our Southern Border has been porous under Joe Biden’s Administration. Living in a border district, I’ve seen firsthand millions of illegal immigrants entering the country with the help of the dangerous Mexican Cartel, many through my hometown, bringing dangerous drugs like fentanyl, trafficking women and children, and committing heinous crimes on our side of the border. This needs to END, and I’m grateful for President Trump’s leadership on this. In Congress, I’ll always defend strong border security.

On top of that, I am a firm believer in the America-First Movement. After four years under Joe Biden’s leadership, America has become weak in every aspect. I already mentioned our border security, but our military, social life, and economy have all become weakened under the rule of DEI and wokeness.

As a military veteran, it pained me to see the way Joe Biden withdrew from Afghanistan, giving the Taliban millions of dollars worth of high-level American military equipment, which they parade around. Our weakened military presence allowed Russia to invade Ukraine and Hamas to launch terrorist attacks on Israel. I’ll do everything in my power as a Congressman to support our military so we prioritize READINESS over WOKENESS.

Finally, we must dismantle DEI in every corner of the government. DOGE’s work to cut wasteful spending has been a great start, but we must continue to fight to lower the cost of living, defend free speech, and usher in the Golden Age of America.

WHY DO I NEED YOUR HELP?

Simply put – the Radical Left has a stranglehold on California. Just like they’re trying to flip Texas Blue, I’m trying to flip California Red. It may seem impossible, but so many Californians are sick and tired of suffering under Gavin Newsom, Nancy Pelosi, and Adam Schiff’s leadership here. I know many people who have left California just because of the politicians who want to turn our beautiful state into a Communist Utopia.

But Newsom, Pelosi, and Schiff have MILLIONS of dollars in reserve, ready to spend against my campaign to prevent common sense leadership. They only care about lining their own pockets, even if their constituents suffer. It’s going to be an uphill battle, but if there’s one thing I learned as a Marine, it’s that the only way to create a better tomorrow is through dedicated hard work and grit. Together, we can fight and WIN.
