Federal law requires us to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per election cycle.
Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions must be drawn on a personal, not corporate account. A multi-candidate federal PAC may contribute $5,000 for the Primary election to account for Primary election debt until such debt is retired. All contributions are subject to limitations and regulations set by the Federal Election Commission.
