Contributions or gifts to Marsha for Governor are not tax deductible. All contributions are subject to the limits and prohibitions of Tennessee law. Federal law prohibits all contributions from foreign nationals (i.e., individuals who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents or entities not organized in the United States). By contributing you understand and acknowledge that the committee may use your contributed funds for any reason, as determined in its sole discretion, consistent with its obligations under the law. No statement contained in any solicitation should be reasonably understood or construed as a promise, earmark, or other designation to make any specific use of funds you contribute.
By law the maximum amount an individual may contribute to Marsha for Governor is $10,600. By contributing I confirm that my contribution should first be designated to the 2026 primary election, up to the maximum contribution limit of $5,300; then to the 2026 general election, up to the maximum contribution limit of $5,300. PACs may contribute up to $15,400 per election.
Tennessee law requires us to obtain and report the full name, address, amount, date of receipt, and designated election for all contributors (individuals and organizations) that contribute a total of more than $100 during a reporting period, and to further collect and report the occupation and employer for all such individual contributors.
