Contributions to Matt Larkin for Congress are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $2,900 per election. The first $2,900 will be designated to the General 2022 election to account for General 2022 election debt retirement until such debt is retired. The next $2,900 will be designated to the Primary 2022 election to account for Primary 2022 election debt retirement until such debt is retired. Federal multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per election. The first $5,000 will be designated to the General 2022 election to account for General 2022 election debt retirement until such debt is retired. The next $5,000 will be designated to the Primary 2022 election to account for Primary 2022 election debt retirement until such debt is retired. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited. Contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
