By contributing you confirm you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident and at least 18 years old. Contributions from foreign nationals and prohibited sources will not be accepted.
Limits and prohibited sources
All contributions must comply with federal and state campaign finance laws. Contributions that exceed legal limits or come from prohibited sources will be refused or refunded.
Use of funds
Contributions support Mike Foley for Congress, Minnesota’s 6th District. Contributions are not tax deductible.
Privacy and security
Donor information is collected to process contributions and meet reporting requirements. Payment data is transmitted securely.
Refunds and corrections
If a contribution violates the law or is returned, the campaign will refund or correct it in accordance with applicable rules.
