I am Richard Morckel and I believe in the restoration and defense of Our Representative Republic for the benefit of U.S. citizens, their families, and friends. 

Our access to quality healthcare is made more sure by a market-driven economy and not by government caps (subsidies) that drive up mandated spending threatening others if not all needful programs. Perpetual patent renewals on medicians must go. New developments can be issued new patents.

As a candidate and U.S. Citizen, I stand up and out of the shadows of the self-defeating silent majority to charge ahead outside of the approval and after-the-fact grandstanding, uni-circle of power.
