Contributions to Morgan Murphy for Alabama are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $10,500, which is $3,500 for the Primary 2026 election, and $3,500 for the 2026 Primary Runoff, if one occurs, or for the General 2026 election. A couple may contribute up to $7,000 for the Primary 2026 election and $7,000 for the 2026 Primary Runoff, if one occurs, or for the General 2026 election from joint funds. A multi-candidate federal PAC may contribute $5,000 for the Primary 2026 election and $5,000 for the 2026 Primary Runoff, if one occurs, or for the General 2026 election.
