Contributions to Never Surrender, Inc. are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions by corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited.
The maximum contribution per individual to Never Surrender, Inc. is $5,000 per year. A couple may contribute up to $10,000 per year from a joint account (where both names are listed on the account). Contributions must be drawn on a personal, not corporate account.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 per calendar year.
