Elise NY Victory (“JFC”) is a joint fundraising committee composed of Elise for Congress, a federal campaign committee (“Campaign”), E-PAC, a federal leadership PAC (“LPAC”), Save New York, a New York state PAC established pursuant to AO 2023-09 (“NY PAC”), and NY Republican Federal Campaign Committee (“State Party”) (each, a “Committee,” and, collectively, the “Committees”). Any contribution to the JFC permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended (“FECA”), from contributors who have not exceeded their applicable Federal contribution limits, shall be allocated among the Committees pursuant to FECA and the formula set forth in this Notice.
Individuals:
Individuals may contribute up to $27,000. Such contributions shall be allocated as follows:
1. The first $5,000 will go to NY PAC (up to $5,000 annually);
2. The next $3,500 will go to Campaign for the primary;
3. The next $5,000 will go to LPAC (up to $5,000 annually);
4. The next $10,000 will go to State Party (up to $10,000 annually); and
5. The final $3,500 will go to Campaign for the general election.
Contributions Made by a Federal Political Committees:
Federal non-multicandidate/multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $22,000/$20,000, respectively. Such contributions shall be allocated as follows:
1. The first $3,500/$5,000 will go to Campaign for the primary;
2. The next $5,000/$5,000 will go to LPAC (up to $5,000 annually);
3. The next $10,000/$5,000 will go to State Party (up to $10,000/$5,000 annually); and
4. The final $3,500/$5,000 will go to Campaign for the general election.
Contributions to Elise NY Victory, or to any participating Committee individually, are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, federal government contractors, foreign nationals without green cards, and other federally impermissible sources are prohibited. The donor’s signature designates his or her contribution to the elections described above. Contributions that exceed a donor’s contribution limit to a participating Committee shall be reallocated to the remaining Committees according to this allocation formula to the extent permitted by FECA. Any contribution that would otherwise cause a donor to exceed any applicable contribution limit or that is otherwise impermissible under FECA shall be refunded. Any donor may designate his or her contribution to a specific participant Committee to the extent permitted by FECA. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle or calendar year, as applicable.
