According to bombshell reporting, nearly 4,680 dogs and cats were EUTHANIZED by the Detroit Animal Care and Control while Abdul El-Sayed led the Detroit Health Department.

A former animal-control officer alleged overcrowded and unsanitary conditions, inadequate care for sick and injured animals, and dogs not routinely being scanned for microchips before euthanasia. She even described the facility as a “dog slaughterhouse.”
