Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Trump Save America JFC is a joint fundraising committee of Never Surrender, Inc. and Save America. The maximum amount an individual, PAC, or multicandidate PAC may contribute to Trump Save America JFC is $5,000 per year (unless otherwise amended by federal law or regulations.
Joint fundraising proceeds shall be allocated among the committees as follows: 50% to Never Surrender, Inc.and 50% to Save America.
Notwithstanding this allocation method set forth above, any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. In addition, the allocation formula may change if a contributor makes a contribution which would exceed the maximum legal amount that a contributor may give to a particular participant.
Contributions to Trump Save America JFC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions by corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited.
