Contribution Rules for Independent Expenditure Donations:
NOTE: There is NO Donation Limit to the PAC's Independent Expenditure / IE account and donations may be made by both individuals and businesses as outlined below.

I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).

This contribution is made from my own funds, or corporate funds under my control, with corporate permission to donate. I will not be reimbursed in any manner for this donation.

I am making this contribution with my own personal credit card or a corporate or business credit card issued in the business name.

I am at least eighteen years old.

I understand that contributions are not tax deductible.

Contributions from foreign nationals or entities are prohibited.
Contribution Rules for "Hard Dollar" Direct Candidate Support Donations:
All contributions to the PAC “hard dollar” direct candidate support Federal Account must be made an individual, not a corporation or other business entity. An individual may contribute up to $6,600 ($3,300 for the primary election and $3,300 for the general election). Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (without "green cards") and federal government contractors are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 per election.
PA PAC’s spending is independent and does not coordinate its spending with candidates or political parties.
Use of the name and likeness of any candidate or officeholder is for the purpose of this PACs political communication only and IN NO WAY indicates any authorization by, affiliation with, direction from, or endorsement by that person of any kind.
Any contributions made with corporate funds will be presumptively designated to the Carey / IE account. Any contributions made with individual funds, up to the federal limits, will be presumptively designated to the Federal "Hard Dollar" account. Any funds in excess of federal limits by an individual donor will be presumptively designated to the Carey / IE account.
