ENLISTMENT TERMS (FEDERAL COMPLIANCE)
Contributions to Palomo and The American Kitchen Table for Congress are not tax deductible. Federal law permits individuals to contribute $3,300 per election (Primary and General are separate elections), for a total of $6,600 per individual per campaign cycle. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (without “green cards”), federal government contractors, and other federally impermissible sources are strictly prohibited. Contributions made in the name of, or refunded by, any other person are unlawful.
Intelligence Required: Federal law requires that we collect the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per calendar year. By contributing, you acknowledge that funds are deployed at the campaign’s sole discretion for any lawful purpose consistent with federal election law.
