Contributions or gifts to the Republican Party of Florida (RPOF) are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Funds received in response to this solicitation will be subject to federal contribution and source limitations, and if permissible under federal law, will be deposited in RPOF’s Federal Account (RPOF’s federal component).

Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, federal government contractors, foreign nationals (without green cards), and other federally impermissible sources are prohibited.

Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect the name, mailing address, and occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

RPOF does not accept contributions earmarked for any candidate or other committee. Contributions are used to fund RPOF programs and will be spent as the RPOF determines in its sole discretion.
