STATEWIDE
Maximum contribution for individuals, corporations, labor organizations, and PACs is $3,000 per election. Contributions to a candidate for statewide office may not accept contributions from a national, state or county executive committee of a political party or any affiliated party committee which exceed $250,000. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited by law. State law requires that we collect and report name, address, occupation and employer of individuals and businesses whose contributions exceed $100 in an election cycle. Donations are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes.
