
To qualify for consideration in the Dallas 2026 selection process, all applicants must submit a non-refundable $50 application fee. If selected, this $50 fee will be credited toward your total program costs.

Program Costs (per person):
- Delegate: $1,500
- Alternate: $1,000
- Guest: $750
Selected participants are responsible for full payment of the above costs. If chosen, you will receive an invoice from the Republican Party of Virginia. The remaining balance (after application of the $50 fee) MUST be paid by July 31, 2026, by close of business.
Please note: Each application submission is for one individual only. Couples may not apply together. If selected, couples will not receive priority, and we cannot guarantee that both individuals will be chosen to attend together.
Guests must book their hotel accommodations through the designated room block (details to be provided later in the process).
Plane tickets and travel to and from the event are the sole responsibility of the Delegate, Alternate, or Guest.
Applications must be received by close of business on July 14, 2026. Selections will be made on July 14 at close of business. Only complete applications with the required fee will be considered.
This is a competitive selection process, not a guarantee of participation. All decisions are final. The fee is non-refundable even if not selected.
If you submit payment past 5:00 pm on Tuesday, July 14, you will be added to the waitlist.
