There are no contribution limits under Texas law. State law requires the Rhonda Ward Campaign to collect and report the name, address, for all contributors who give electronically or who give more than $110, and the occupation and employer of individuals whose make contributions of $1,110 or more in a reporting period. Texas law requires us to use our best efforts to collect this information the required information for all contributors who give $850 or more in a reporting period. Under state and federal law, Rhonda Ward Campaign may not accept contributions from corporations or foreign nationals.
Contributions are not deductible for the purposes of federal income tax.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this website.
