Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions by corporations, foreign nationals (Non-US Citizens without “green cards”), National Banks, labor unions and federal government contractors are prohibited. Corporations and individuals are strictly prohibited from reimbursing another person for making a contribution to Rod Dorilas for Congress. The maximum contribution per individual to Rod Dorilas for Congress is $2,900 for the Primary election to account for Primary election debt retirement until such debt is retired. A couple may contributed up to $5,800 for the Primary election to account for Primary election debt retirement until such debt is retired, from a joint account. Contributions must be drawn on a personal, not corporate account. A multi-candidate federal PAC may contribute $5,000 for the Primary election to account for Primary election debt until such debt is retired. All contributions are subject to limitations and regulations set by the Federal Election Commission.
