Contributions to Roeberg for Arizona are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Arizona law requires us to use our best efforts to request and report the first and last name, address, employer, and occupation from each contributor who has contributed at least $50 in the aggregate during the election cycle. Under Arizona law, individuals may contribute a maximum of $5,500 for the election cycle. Couples may contribute $11,000 per election cycle. PACs may contribute up to $5,500. PACs that are certified as Mega PACs may contribute up to $11,000. PACs must be registered with the Arizona Secretary of State in order to contribute. Contributions from corporations, LLCs, labor unions, and foreign nationals are prohibited.
