Contributions to Rogers for Senate are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (without “green cards”), labor organizations, national banks, and federal government contractors are prohibited. Individuals under 18 years of age are prohibited from contributing to federal candidates. By making a contribution you affirm that funds are drawn on a personal, not corporate, account, and will not be reimbursed by any person An individual may contribute up to $6,600 ($3,300 for the primary election and $3,300 for the general election). A federal multi-candidate PAC may contribute $10,000 ($5,000/primary & $5,000/general).
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
