Contributions to Rogers for Senate are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (without “green cards”), labor organizations, national banks, and federal government contractors are prohibited. By making a contribution you affirm that funds are drawn on a personal, not corporate, account, and will not be reimbursed by any person. An individual may contribute up to $7,000 ($3,500 for the primary election and $3,500 for the general election). A federal multi-candidate PAC may contribute $10,000 ($5,000/primary & $5,000/general).
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
