Contributions to Rogers for Senate are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals (without “green cards”), labor organizations, national banks, and federal government contractors are prohibited. By making a contribution you affirm that funds are drawn on a personal, not corporate, account, and will not be reimbursed by any person. An individual may contribute up to $3,500 for the general election. A federal multi-candidate PAC may contribute $5,000 for the general election.
