Contributions to Ron Johnson for Senate are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. All contributions are subject to the limits of federal law. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $3,500 ($7,000/couple) for the 2028 primary election, $2,400 ($4,800/couple) for 2010 general debt retirement until such debt is retired, $2,400 ($4,800/couple) for 2010 primary election debt retirement until such debt is retired, and $3,500 ($7,000/couple) for the 2028 general election. Federal multi-candidate PACs may contribute $5,000 per election. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 per election cycle. Contributions from corporations, labor organizations, national banks, federal government contractors, foreign nationals without green cards, and other federally impermissible sources are prohibited. Contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person.
