Contributions to Senator Ronald Caldwell are subject to Arkansas campaign finance laws and reporting requirements. The maximum contribution permitted from an individual donor for this election cycle is $7,000.
Contributions must be made using the contributor’s own personal funds. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals, federal contractors, or any other prohibited sources are not permitted. Contributions may not be made in the name of another person, nor may they be reimbursed by any other individual or entity.
State law requires political committees to collect and report the contributor’s name, address, occupation, and employer. Contributions are not deductible for federal or state income tax purposes.
