DC, as the seat of government, needs to lead in affordability, education, public safety, consumer protection, national security, and dominate AI. 

I promise to work hard to bring federal taxes down and start converting empty places into living spaces to bring down the cost of housing for ALL DC residents. These singular two things will have an immediate impact on affordability and put more money into the pockets of EVERY DC resident.

DC has the highest number of "singles" in the nation and DC disproportionately pays higher federal taxes per capita than any state/district in the Nation. I will fight to bring equity to the district. 

After 50 years of One-party dominance, DC needs change and deserves better. Together we can make a difference and make DC the best and safest place to live in the country.
