Contributions to Scott Brown for New Hampshire, Inc. are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. All contributions are subject to the limits of federal law. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $7,000, which is $3,500 for the 2026 primary election and $3,500 for the 2026 general election. Couples may contribute up to $14,000 from joint funds ($7,000 for the 2026 primary election and $7,000 for the 2026 general election). Federal multi-candidate PACs may contribute $5,000 per election.
