Shedd for Attorney General is legally required to request identifying information from each contributor.
Contributions to Shedd for Attorney General are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to $5,300 per election cycle. Regular PACs may contribute up to $5,300, and PACs that are certified as Mega PACs may contribute up to $10,600. Contributions from corporations, LLCs, labor union, and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited.
