SOS America PAC (“Sponsor”) is holding a scholarship sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) to award one year of tuition payments, up to a total of $15,000, for an institution of higher learning (college, university, community college, or vocational school) of the winner’s choice (the “Scholarship”). You may enter to win between July 13, 2023 and July 31, 2023, by making a contribution of any amount to Suarez for President using the designated contribution page, or by entering your information using the designated entry page. SOS America PAC will randomly choose a winner no later than August 7, 2023 from all Sweepstakes Participants. SOS America PAC will pay the Scholarship to the institution of higher learning on behalf of the winner or a beneficiary designated by the winner.

Official Rules for the Sweepstakes
Rules for Sweepstakes: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the final decision of the Sweepstakes. All Participants and entries and their eligibility are subject to verification by Sponsor. Decisions by Sponsor are binding and final in every respect.
Sponsor: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is SOS America PAC, 6619 S. Dixie Highway #148, South Miami, FL 33143. SOS America PAC is an independent expenditure-only PAC (“super PAC”) registered with the Federal Election Commission and is not affiliated with Suarez for President; WinRed Technical Services, LLC; or any website or social media platform where this sweepstakes is being promoted by paid advertisements.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to all United States citizens and lawful permanent residents (“green card holders”) who are at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry into the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited.
To participate in this Sweepstakes, Participants must make a contribution of any amount to Suarez for President using the designated contribution page and agree to the terms and conditions set forth on the contribution page, including the federal contribution limits and prohibitions. Alternatively, Participants must completely fill out the online entry form using the designated entry page and agree to receive information and updates from SOS America PAC.
Sponsors’ employees, contractors, employees of contractors, subcontractors, agents, board members, and family members of the foregoing are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for any problems, bugs, or malfunctions Participants encounter when entering the Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes Period begins at 9AM (ET) on July 13, 2023 and ends at 9PM (ET) on July 31, 2023.
Prize and Prize Value: The Scholarship has a value of up to $15,000 and is not redeemable for cash. SOS America PAC will pay the Scholarship directly to an institution of higher learning (college, university, community college, or vocational school) of the winner’s choosing on behalf of the winner or a beneficiary designated by the winner.
In the event that one year’s worth of tuition payments is less than $15,000, the difference will not be paid to winner and cannot be redeemed for any other expenses.
SOS America reserves the right to specify a deadline by which the Scholarship is paid.
Determination of Winner: Sponsor will select the name of one potential winner in a random drawing on or about August 7, 2023. The winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner does not respond to Sponsor and verify acceptance of the prize within 5 business days, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the prize to an alternate winner selected by a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
Each potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof of identification and eligibility. All potential winners are subject to verification by Sponsor, whose decisions are binding and final in every respect. A Participant is not a winner unless and until Participant’s identity and eligibility have been verified and Participant has been notified that verification is complete.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Each entry will be weighted equally, regardless of whether a Participant entered by making a contribution or not or the amount contributed. Making a contribution will not increase the odds of winning.
Publicity: Sponsor reserves the right to use for publicity purposes the winner’s name, likeness, and city name throughout the world, in perpetuity, without any compensation or prior review, unless specifically prohibited by law.
Taxes: The winning Participant is solely responsible for paying any federal, state, and local taxes that may apply to the Participant in connection with the prize.
Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and Venue: In no event shall SOS America PAC be liable to Participant for any injuries, losses, or damages whatsoever resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance of the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or in any promotion of the Sweepstakes. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard for conflict of laws doctrine. Participants agree that any legal action arising in connection with the Sweepstakes, whether in tort, contract, or otherwise, shall be heard exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida.
Waiver of Jury: As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each Participant hereby irrevocably and perpetually waives any right that Participant may have to a trial by jury in respect of any litigation directly or indirectly arising out of, under, or in connection with the Sweepstakes, any document or agreement entered into in connection with the Sweepstakes, any prize available through the Sweepstakes, and any of the transactions contemplated related to the Sweepstakes.
Termination: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time.
Copyright: All Sweepstakes and promotional materials, including these Rules, are copyrighted works owned by Sponsor.
The Federal Election Commission (FEC) allows an individual to contribute up to $3,300 per election; a qualified political action committee may contribute up $5,000 per election. The primary and general elections are considered separate elections for the purposes of these limits. Contributions that exceed $3,300 from an individual and $5000 from a qualified political action committee will be automatically attributed to the next applicable election, unless specified otherwise. Federal Law requires us to report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited. Contributions from Federal government contractors are prohibited. No corporate checks or corporate credit cards may be accepted. Partnership and LLC contributions may be accepted under certain guidelines. Contributions are not considered charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
