Spirit of Virginia can accept unlimited contributions from any individual, corporation, union, association, or partnership. Spirit of Virginia is prohibited from accepting contributions from a foreign corporation or foreign national unless individual possesses a valid green card.
Virginia law requires all committees maintain a record of the name, mailing address, amount, and occupation information (includes type of work, employer and principal place of business) for individuals, and business information (type of business and location) for non-individual contributions. Your information will not be reported if your cumulative contribution is $100 or less for this campaign.
Contributions to Spirit of Virginia are not deductible for federal income tax purposes.
