Contributions to Scalise for Congress are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. The maximum an individual may contribute is $3,300 for the primary election and an additional $3,300 for the general election.
Contributions by corporations, foreign nationals (non-green card holders), labor unions, federal government contractors, and minors under the age of 18 are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual who contributes over $200 in a calendar year.
