Paid for by Stop Communism PAC. Not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee. [421 OFFICE PARK DRIVE. MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL. 35223]
Contributions to Stop Communism PAC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Stop Communism PAC is registered with the Federal Election Commission as a hybrid political action committee that operates a PAC account (i.e., a hard dollar, contribution account) and a Super PAC account (i.e., a soft dollar, non-contribution account).
Our hard dollar PAC account may accept contributions from individuals up to $5,000 per year; contributions from corporations are prohibited. We may make contributions to federal candidates and other PACs from our hard dollar PAC account.
Our soft dollar Super PAC account may accept unlimited contributions from individuals, corporations, and other organizations. Spending from our Super PAC account is independent and our Super PAC account does not make contributions to any candidate or party committee, or coordinate its spending with candidates or political party committees.
Contributions to either account from foreign nationals, foreign corporations, and federal government contractors are prohibited.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
By contributing to either of Stop Communism PAC’s accounts, you affirm the following:
You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
This contribution is made from your own funds, and funds are not being provided to you by any other person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution. You are not making this contribution on behalf of, or for, any other person or entity.
You are making this contribution with your personal credit card and not with a card issued to another person.
You are at least 18 years old.
