Any contribution to the JFC permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended (“FECA”), from contributors who have not exceeded their applicable Federal contribution limits, shall be allocated among the Committees pursuant to FECA and the formula set forth in this Notice.
Contributions Made by an Individual or Federal Non-Multicandidate Political Committee (Federal Multicandidate PACs in Parentheses): Individuals or federal non-multicandidate PACs (or federal multicandidate PACs) may contribute up to $702,300 ($660,000) annually. Such contributions shall be allocated in the following order:
1. Kevin McCarthy for Congress shall receive any contribution not exceeding $2,900 ($5,000), designated for the general election, provided such limit applies.
2. McPAC shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 ($5,000) annually.
3. NRCC shall receive for its general account any contribution not exceeding $36,500 ($15,000) annually, provided such limit applies.
4. Ken Calvert for Congress, Citizens for Turner, Steil for Wisconsin, Inc. (Primary Election), Steil for Wisconsin, Inc. (General Election), and Mayra Flores for Congress shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $14,500 (25,000), designating up to $2,900 ($5,000) to the primary and/or general election, as applicable, provided such limits apply.
5. The Young Guns shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $29,000 ($50,000), designating up to $2,900 to the primary election, provided such limit applies;
6. The Team Freedom Nominees shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $145,000 ($250,000), designating up to $2,900 to the general election, provided such limit applies;
7. The Team Liberty Nominees shall receive equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $75,400 ($130,000), designating up to $2,900 to the general election, provided such limit applies;
8. Congressional Leadership Fund (Contribution Account) shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 ($5,000) annually.
9. NRCC shall receive for its Building Fund any contribution not exceeding $109,500 ($45,000) annually.
10. State Parties shall receive for their federal accounts equal portions of any contribution not exceeding $170,000 ($85,000) annually.
11. NRCC shall receive for its Legal Proceedings Fund any contribution not exceeding $109,500 ($45,000) annually.
Contributions made to any Nominee Fund will be made available to the associated Republican Nominee if the following criteria are met: (1) The congressional district for which the Nominee Fund is established must be included in a 2022 targeted districts list published by the NRCC on a publicly available webpage as of 90 days prior to the date of the primary election; (2) the candidate must be declared the winner of the 2022 Republican primary election, or convention, as determined by local election rules; and (3) the NRCC must publicly endorse the candidate no later than 5 days after the candidate has been declared as the winner of the primary election.
