Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Team Herschel’s People’s Champion Committee, Inc. is a joint fundraising committee comprised of and authorized by Team Herschel, Inc. and People’s Champion PAC, Inc. Joint fundraising proceeds shall be allocated among the committees as follows:
1. The first $2,900 to Team Herschel, Inc. Run-Off election account;
2. The next $2,900 to Team Herschel, Inc. General election debt retirement (until all debts are fully retired);
3. The remainder, up to $5,000 to People’s Champion PAC, Inc.
Notwithstanding this allocation method set forth above, any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. In addition, the allocation formula may change if a contributor makes a contribution which would exceed the maximum legal amount that a contributor may give to a particular participant.
The maximum amount an individual or non-multicandidate PAC (multicandidate PAC in parenthesis) may contribute to Team Herschel’s People’s Champion Committee, Inc. is $10,800 ($15,000).
