Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
Team Moreno (“JFC”) is a joint fundraising committee composed of Bernie Moreno for Senate (“Campaign 1”), Collins for Senator (“Campaign 2”), Whatley for Senate(“Campaign 3”), Husted for Senate (“Campaign 4”), Ken Paxton for Senate (“Campaign 5”), Rogers for Senate (“Campaign 6”), Moody for Florida (“Campaign 7”), Ashley for Iowa (“Campaign 8”), Alaskans for Dan Sullivan (“Campaign 9”), Sununu Senator (“Campaign 10”), NRSC, Ohio Republican Party State Central & Executive Committee (“State Party”), Best at Bringing Entrepreneurial Results Never Imagined or Envisioned PAC (Best BERNIE PAC) (“LPAC 1”), Dirigo PAC (“LPAC 2”), North Carolina First (“LPAC 3”), Jobs Opportunity Now Political Action Committee (“LPAC 4”), Texas First Leadership PAC (“LPAC 5”), MR PAC (“LPAC 6”), Florida Leads (“LPAC 7”), FightOn PAC (“LPAC 8”), True North PAC (“LPAC 9”), and Live Free or Die PAC (“LPAC 10”) (each, a “Committee,” and, collectively, the “Committees”). Any contribution to the JFC permissible under the Federal Election Campaign Act, as amended (“FECA”), from contributors who have not exceeded their applicable Federal contribution limits, shall be allocated among the Committees pursuant to FECA and the formula set forth in this Notice.
Individuals or federal non-multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $435,800 annually. Such contributions shall be allocated in the following order:
1. Campaign 1 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $2,900 for the 2022 primary election debt retirement (to the extent lawful debts from that election remainoutstanding).
2. Campaign 1 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,300 for the 2024 primary election debt retirement (to the extent lawful debts from that election remainoutstanding).
3. LPAC 1 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 annually.
4. Campaign 1 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the 2030 primary election, provided such limits apply.
5. Campaign 1 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the 2030 general election, provided such limits apply.
6. NRSC shall receive for its General Account any contribution not exceeding $44,300 annually.
7. State Party shall receive any contribution not exceeding $10,000 annually.
8. Campaign 6 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the primary election, provided such limits apply.
9. Campaign 7 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the primary election, provided such limits apply.
10. Campaign 9 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the primary election, provided such limits apply.
11. Campaign 10 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the primary election, provided such limits apply.
12. Campaign 2 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the general election, provided such limits apply.
13. Campaign 3 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the general election, provided such limits apply.
14. Campaign 4 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the general election, provided such limits apply.
15. Campaign 5 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the general election, provided such limits apply.
16. Campaign 6 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the general election, provided such limits apply.
17. Campaign 7 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the general election, provided such limits apply.
18. Campaign 8 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the general election, provided such limits apply.
19. Campaign 9 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the general election, provided such limits apply.
20. Campaign 10 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $3,500 for the general election, provided such limits apply.
21. LPAC 2 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 annually.
22. LPAC 3 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 annually.
23. LPAC 4 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 annually.
24. LPAC 5 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 annually.
25. LPAC 6 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 annually.
26. LPAC 7 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 annually.
27. LPAC 8 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 annually.
28. LPAC 9 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 annually.
29. LPAC 10 shall receive any contribution not exceeding $5,000 annually.
30. NRSC shall receive for its Legal Proceedings Fund any contribution not exceeding $132,900 annually.
31. NRSC shall receive for its Building Fund any contribution not exceeding $132,900 annually.
Notwithstanding this allocation method set forth above, any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. In addition, the allocation formula may change if a contributor makes a contribution which would exceed the maximum legal amount that a contributor may give to a particular participant.
Contributions to Team Moreno are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions by corporations, labor unions, foreign nationals, and federal government contractors are prohibited.
