Contributions to TEAM SCALISE will be allocated as follows:
- Each individual’s contribution shall be allocated to SCALISE FOR CONGRESS, which shall receive up to $3,300 per election (for a total of $6,600). Any remaining funds will be allocated to EYE OF THE TIGER PAC, up to $5,000.
- Each joint contribution shall be allocated to SCALISE FOR CONGRESS, which shall receive up to $13,200 per election (for a total of $26,400). Any remaining funds will be allocated to EYE OF THE TIGER PAC, up to $10,000.
- Each non-multicandidate committee contribution shall be allocated to SCALISE FOR CONGRESS, which shall receive up to $3,300 per election (for a total of $6,600). Any remaining funds will be allocated to EYE OF THE TIGER PAC, up to $5,000.
- Each multicandidate committee contribution shall be allocated to SCALISE FOR CONGRESS, which shall receive up to $5,000 per election (for a total of $10,000). Any remaining funds will be allocated to EYE OF THE TIGER PAC, up to $5,000.
The allocation formula described above may change if a contributor makes a contribution which would exceed the amount that the contributor may give to any participating committee.
Contributions are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
Contributions by corporations, foreign nationals (non-green card holders), labor unions, federal government contractors, and minors under the age of 18 are prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of each individual who contributes over $200 in a calendar year.
