All proxies must be registered, paid for ($10.00 per proxy) prior to 5:00pm January 11, 2023 using this link and the original signed proxy turned in at registration to pick up the proxy badge and ballot. The official proxy form is available via the following link. Please print, complete and send with your proxy carrier who must also be registered as an in-person attendee ($25.00 per person) to the meeting on January 14, 2023.
All registrations (in person and proxy) must be completed by 5:00pm, Jan 11, 2023.

Please enter the attendee's information that will be tied to this registration whether it be a Guest, Proxy or CCC member. Guests include children of any age. If you plan on bringing children, they must also be registered AND pre-paid as well prior to January 11, 2023 at 5pm.
THERE WILL BE NO SAME DAY REGISTRATION FOR ANYONE.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
