Contributions to Thomas Massie for Congress are not tax deductible as a charitable donation for federal income tax purposes. By law, the maximum amount an individual may contribute is $3,500 per election. Federal multi-candidate PACs may contribute $5,000 per election. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals, labor unions and federal government contractors are prohibited. Partnership checks are welcome, but please provide a written statement as to who to attribute contributions to. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle.
