Contributions to Tom Gray for Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
An individual may contribute up to $10,500 total ($3,500 for the primary election, $3,500 for the primary runoff election, and $3,500 for the general election). Couples contributing from a joint account may contribute up to $21,000.
Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals who are not lawful permanent residents (green card holders), and federal government contractors are prohibited.
Federal law requires Tom Gray for Congress to use its best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of any individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 per election.
