Individuals may make maximum contributions of $3,500 to the primary and $3,500 to the general election.
Married couples can donate a maximum of $7,000 for the primary and $7,000 for general election (Total $14,000) if check is drawn from a joint account and both signatures are provided. Partnerships are also limited to $3,500 for the primary election and $3,500 for the general election and must include the names of all partners with their percentage of ownership. Corporate contributions are prohibited by Federal Law. Cash contributions cannot be accepted. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited
