Contributions to Tony Wied for Congress are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions. An individual may contribute up to $13,200 ($3,300 for the 2026 primary election; $3,300 for the 2026 general election; $3,300 for the 2024 regular primary election debt retirement until such debt is retired; and $3,300 for the 2024 special primary election debt retirement until such debt is retired). Couples may contribute up to $26,400 from funds drawn on a joint account ($6,600 for the 2026 primary election; $6,600 for the 2026 general election; $6,600 for the 2024 regular primary election debt retirement until such debt is retired; and $6,600 for the 2024 special primary election debt retirement until such debt is retired). Federal multicandidate PACs may contribute up to $5,000 per election. Contributions from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors, and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited. Contributions must be made from personal funds and may not be reimbursed by any other person. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
