By participating in this sweepstakes (βPromotionβ), you will be deemed an βEntrantβ under, and you agree to be bound by, these Official Rules; Sponsorβs Terms of Service (available at https://www.donaldjtrump.com/terms-of-service); Sponsorβs Privacy Policy (available at Β https://www.donaldjtrump.com/privacy-policy); and Sponsorβs decisions, including the interpretation of any provision of these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a prize in this Promotion (each a βPrizeβ) is contingent on you fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any winner(s).
1. SPONSOR. The Sponsor of this Promotion is the Trump National Committee JFC, Inc., a federally registered joint fundraising committee of Never Surrender (βthe LPACβ) and the Republican National Committee. 2. ELIGIBILITY. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS REGARDING THE ELIGIBILITY OF ENTRANTS APPLY. AT THE TIME OF ENTRY, TO BE ELIGIBLE AN ENTRANT MUST ALSO BE A LEGAL RESIDENT (INCLUDING PERMANENT RESIDENTS OR βGREEN CARDβ HOLDERS) OF, AND PHYSICALLY LOCATED IN, ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY AS DETERMINED BY THE LAW OF THEIR RESPECTIVE STATE OR JURISDICTION. ENTRANTS MAKING A CONTRIBUTION MUST CONFORM TO FEDERAL CONTRIBUTION LIMITATIONS AND PROHIBITIONS AS LISTED ON SPONSORβS CONTRIBUTION PAGE. DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, NATIONAL CHAIRS, ONGOING CONTRACTORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES OF SPONSOR, ITS PARTICIPATING COMMITTEES, OR THEIR AGENTS, OR THE IMMEDIATE FAMILIES OF EACH, ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER TO WIN. IF YOU DO NOT MEET ANY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO AWARD PRIZES TO YOU.

3. PROMOTION ENTRY PERIOD. The Promotion will begin at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (βETβ) on April 29, 2025, and will end at 11:59 PM ET on July 29, 2025 (the βEntry Periodβ). All entries must be received during the Entry Period times/dates to be valid.

4. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. A contribution does not increase your chances of winning. To enter, choose one of the options set forth below. Individuals who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information, timely submit the registration form, and/or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified from the Promotion. Sponsor may, on certain days, count each entry received, regardless of entry method, as two (2) entries for the entrant. Sponsor will provide notice on days that Sponsor elects to count each entry received as two (2) entries. ALL VALID ENTRIES WILL BE ENTERED INTO A SINGLE PROMOTION DRAWING POOL, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN, REGARDLESS OF HOW ENTRANT ACCESSED AN ENTRY/REGISTRATION PAGE.

Contributions must be made pursuant to the limitations and prohibitions of federal law, as listed on the contribution page. No minimum contribution is required, and making a contribution will not increase your chances of winning.

5. LIMITATIONS. Any entries submitted or completed by anyone who does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules will be deemed null and void and disqualified. Any Entrant whose employment with Sponsor ends prior to the award of Prizes hereunder will not be eligible for any Prize. Incomplete, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Sponsor, along with any of Sponsorβs participating committees, parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, proprietors, partners, shareholders, servants, principals, agents, predecessors, assigns, contractors, consultants, accountants, and attorneys, and any charitable organizations participating in or solicited for or donated to in connection with the Promotion (collectively, the βReleased Partiesβ; each a βReleased Partyβ) will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, or misdirected entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections; or miscommunications, computer or software malfunctions, telephone transmission problems, technical failures, garbled transmissions, damage to a userβs computer equipment (software or hardware), or other errors or malfunctions of any kind, whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Entrants agree that none of the Released Parties has made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, statutory, express, or implied (including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, title, and fitness for a particular purpose), in fact or in law, relative to the Promotion or these Official Rules. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. An authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Each potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, require that potential winners to show proof of eligibility.

PRIZES. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER ELIGIBLE ENTRANT. ADDITIONAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS APPLY AS SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES. The Prize includes the following components:
a) President Trumpβs signature printed on a set of three, limited edition, gold color golf balls.Β
The maximum aggregate Approximate Retail Value (βARVβ) of all Prize(s) to be awarded is $100 (USD).

6. PRIZE LIMITATIONS. Limit one (1) prize per eligible Entrant. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of a Prize will be offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a Prize, or any portion of a Prize, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another item of equal value. Prizes will be awarded as-is with no warranties of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Prize winners are responsible for any loss of a Prize or portion of a Prize after it has been delivered. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize. Prize winners will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prizes they receive. If the actual purchase price of a Prize is less than any ARV stated herein, the Prize winner will NOT be entitled to a check, cash, or any other form of payment for the price difference.

7. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received by Sponsor.

8. PRIZE AWARD PROCEDURES. On or about, July 30th 2025, Sponsor will select, by random drawing, 1 potential winner from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. On or about August 1st, 2025, Sponsor will notify each potential winner by phone and/or email at the phone number and/or email address on file with Sponsor provided during entry into the Promotion. A potential winner must respond to such notification within three (3) days or may be disqualified and any Prize forfeited. Each potential winner will be subject to verification by Sponsor under these Official Rules. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, conduct a background check on each potential winner, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner from receiving the Prize based on such background check if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that awarding the Prize to such potential winner could result in a safety or security risk to any person or persons or could result in the disruption of any event associated with the Promotion. Sponsor will, in its sole discretion, then select a winner from the list of eligible potential winners on the basis of criteria determined and applied by Sponsor to provide for an appropriate range of views, backgrounds, and interests. If applicable, the winner must at the time of notification identify any potential guest to Sponsor, and Sponsor may, at its option, conduct the same background check and process applicable to potential winners and may disqualify any guest at Sponsorβs sole discretion. A potential winner and/or guest also may be required by Sponsor to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release/Publicity Release within a time period set by Sponsor or the Prize may be forfeited. If any potential winner or guest is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules; if attempted notification or any prize is returned as undeliverable; if any required releases, affidavits, or other documents are not fully completed (including with notarization, as applicable) and returned within the required number of days; if a winner cannot be verified; or if a winner is otherwise unable or unwilling to accept and claim a Prize (portion thereof) as stated, then such potential winner may be disqualified and the awarded Prize may be forfeited in Sponsorβs sole discretion. SPONSOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CHANGE OF ANY CONTACT INFORMATION (EMAIL ADDRESS, MAILING ADDRESS, AND/OR TELEPHONE NUMBER) OF ENTRANT. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE PRIZE AWARD PROCEDURES AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS; LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. By participating in the Promotion and/or accepting any Prize you may win, you agree that: (a) you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary to grant the rights to Sponsor as expressed herein; (b) your entry becomes solely the Sponsorβs property and will not be acknowledged or returned; (c) you release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for claims, injuries, losses, or damages of any kindβincluding without limitation, death and bodily injuryβresulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any Prize; participation in the Promotion or any Promotion-related activity or travel or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer or digital Promotion information; (d) the Released Parties do not make any representation, warranty, or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the Promotion or Prize; (e) in the event viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, Acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supra-national authority, war, national emergency, accident, fire, riot, strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, acts of terrorism, or other matters beyond the Sponsorβs reasonable control, corrupt, prevent, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Promotion or a Prize (or any portion thereof), so that it cannot be conducted as originally planned, except where prohibited by law, Sponsor has the right, in Sponsorβs sole discretion, to modify these Official Rules or to cancel, modify, terminate, or suspend the Promotion or awarding of the Prize; and in such event, to select winners by such method as Sponsor, in its sole discretion, shall consider equitable; (f) the Released Parties are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Promotion, including but not limited to: errors in the advertising, Official Rules, selection, and announcement of the winner(s) and distribution of the Prize; (g) any portion of the Prize not accepted or used by any winner will be forfeited; (h) the Released Parties are not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use the Prize (or any portion thereof) for any reason; (i) Sponsor has the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it suspects to be doing any of the following: (1) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or any related website; (2) violating these Official Rules; (3) violating Sponsorβs Terms of Service (https://www.donaldjtrump.com/terms-of-service), Privacy Policy (https://www.donaldjtrump.com/privacy-policy), or any other terms, conditions of use, and/or general rules or guidelines of any Promotion property or service; (4) acting in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or (5) for any other good cause as determined in Sponsorβs sole discretion; (j) Sponsor has the right to lock out an Entrant whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to participate in the Promotion; (k) since any attempt by any individual to damage any website related to this Promotion or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion or any such website is a violation of these Official Rules, as well as potential criminal and civil laws, and should Sponsor believe or become aware that such an attempt has been, is being, or will be made, Sponsor has the right to seek remedies and damages from any responsible individuals to the fullest extent permitted by law, including without limitation, criminal charges.

10.Β DISPUTE RESOLUTION/AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. Entrant and Sponsor agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action (collectively, βClaimsβ) of any kind, regardless of type, arising out of or in any way connected with this Promotion, or any Prize(s) awarded, must, at the demand of either party, be submitted to and determined by binding and confidential arbitration in Washington, D.C., before a single arbitrator. To the extent issues of state law are implicated, the laws of the District of Columbia shall apply. The arbitration will be administered by JAMS pursuant to its Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures in effect at the time of the arbitration and in accordance with the Expedited Procedures in those Rules. Such rules and procedures can generally be found on JAMSβ website: https://www.jamsadr.com/rules-comprehensive-arbitration. This agreement to arbitrate also includes any: (i) Claims relating to the enforceability or interpretation of these Official Rules, including (but not limited to) this arbitration provision; (ii) Claims that relate directly to Sponsor and/or its participating committees, affiliates, successors, assignees, employees, agents, or independent contractors; and (iv) Claims asserted as part of a class action, private attorney general or other representative action, it being expressly understood and agreed to by Entrant and Sponsor that the arbitration of such claims must proceed on an individual (non-class and non-representative) basis and the arbitrator may award relief only on an individual (non-class and non-representative) basis. The parties shall maintain the confidential nature of the arbitration proceedings and award, including the hearing, except as may be necessary in connection with a court application for a preliminary remedy, a judicial challenge to an award or enforcement of the award, or unless otherwise required by law or judicial decision. Judgment upon the award rendered by an arbitrator hereunder may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

ENTRANT AND SPONSOR HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT THEY MAY HAVE TO A JURY TRIAL, OR AN APPEAL TO A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL, WITH REGARD TO ANY DISPUTE ARISING UNDER, RELATING TO, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, SPONSORβS TERMS OF SERVICE, SPONSORβS PRIVACY POLICY, OR IN ANY OTHER WAY RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION OR ENTRANTβS PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION. ALL SUCH DISPUTES SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AND NO CLASS ACTION, CONSOLIDATED ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE CLAIMS MAY BE PURSUED IN ARBITRATION. BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION AND ACCEPTING THIS ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, ENTRANT AGREES TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO INITIATE OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION OR CONSOLIDATED ARBITRATION IN ANY MATTER ENCOMPASSED BY THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION.

11.Β CHOICE OF LAW. All disputes and any other issues or questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Washington, D.C., without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law rules, whether of the District of Columbia or any other jurisdiction, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the District of Columbia.

12.Β VIOLATIONS OF OFFICIAL RULES OR LAW. Any Entrant who attempts to violate or who is deemed to have, in the sole discretion of Sponsor, violated these Official Rules will be automatically disqualified from the Promotion. Entrants who tamper with Sponsorβs computer or network systems, or other systems, in an attempt to disrupt the Promotion or increase chances of winning, or violate any law governing this Promotion, will be reported to relevant authorities, and immediately disqualified.

13.Β PUBLICITY RELEASE. Except where prohibited by law, and regardless of whether a separate Publicity Release is entered, any winnerβs acceptance of a Prize awarded hereunder will constitute an express, worldwide, irrevocable, and unconditional grant to Sponsor by the winner of a license and the right to use winnerβs name, image, address, voice, likeness, photograph, biographical and Prize information and/or statements about the Promotion for any programming, publicity, advertising, or promotional purposes, through any medium whatsoever, whether now known or hereinafter invented, without additional compensation or consideration. Such use by Sponsor will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy, defamation, or claims for performance or payment of any kind, including but not limited to payment of re-use fees, residuals, or license fees.

14.Β COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS. Any marks associated with this Promotion are the sole property of Sponsor. Third party marks are property of their respective owners. All Promotion materials, including these Official Rules, are copyrighted works owned by Sponsor.

Please see the privacy policy located at https://www.donaldjtrump.com/privacy-policy for details of Sponsorβs policy regarding the use of personal information collected in connection with this Promotion. Should you be selected as a winner of a Prize, your information may also be included in a publicly posted list of Prize winners.

16.Β PROMOTION RESULTS. To obtain the Prize winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Trump National Committee JFC, Inc., c/o Republican National Committee, 310 First St. SE, Washington, DC 20003, ATTN: Gold Golf Balls Promotion. Requests must be received by no later than August 5th, 2025. The winnersβ names may also be posted online by Sponsor.

In the event any conflict between these Official Rules and any other Promotion-related materials should arise, the terms and conditions of these Official Rules will prevail, govern, and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
