Contributions to Trump Victory (“TV”) are not tax deductible and will be used in connection with federal elections. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report contributors’ names, mailing addresses, occupations, and employers. TV is a joint fundraising committee composed of Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. (“DJTP”) and the Republican National Committee (“RNC”) and the official Republican state parties Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Notwithstanding this allocation formula, a contributor may designate a contribution for a specific participant or participants. In addition, the allocation formula may change if any contribution would exceed applicable contribution limit.
Contributions must: (i) be made only by U.S. citizens or permanent residents; (ii) not be made from the funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank; and (iii) be the donor’s personal funds, not those of another person or entity.
