Contributions to Trump Victory (“TV”) are not tax deductible and will be used in connection with federal elections. Federal law requires us to use best efforts to collect and report contributors’ names, mailing addresses, occupations, and employers. TV is a joint fundraising committee composed of Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. (“DJTP”) and the Republican National Committee (“RNC”) and the official Republican state parties in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Contributions from individuals (multicandidate PACs in parentheses) will be allocated sequentially according to the following formula: (i) $2,800 ($5,000) to DJTP general election account; (ii) $35,500 ($15,000) to the RNC Operating account; (iii) $106,500 ($45,000) to the RNC Headquarters account; (iv) $106,500 ($45,000) to the RNC Legal Proceedings account; (v) $10,000 ($5,000) to Ohio Republican Party State Central & Executive Committee; (vi) $10,000 ($5,000) to Republican Party of Florida; (vii) $10,000 ($5,000) to North Carolina Republican Party; (viii) $10,000 ($5,000) to Republican Federal Committee of Pennsylvania; (ix) $10,000 ($5,000) to Michigan Republican Party; (x) $10,000 ($5,000) to Georgia Republican Party, Inc.; (xi) $10,000 ($5,000) to Republican Party of Wisconsin; (xii) $10,000 ($5,000) to Nebraska Republican Party; (xiii) $10,000 ($5,000) to Republican Party of Minnesota – Federal; (xiv) $10,000 ($5,000) to Arizona Republican Party; (xv) $10,000 ($5,000) to Nevada Republican Central Committee; (xvi) $10,000 ($5,000) to Republican Party of Iowa; (xvii) $10,000 ($5,000) to New Hampshire Republican State Committee; (xviii) $10,000 ($5,000) to Maine Republican Party; (xix) $10,000 ($5,000) to NY Republican Federal Campaign Committee; (xx) $10,000 ($5,000) to Illinois Republican Party – Federal; (xxi) $10,000 ($5,000) to Republican Campaign Committee of New Mexico; (xxii) $10,000 ($5,000) to Colorado Republican Committee; (xxiii) $10,000 ($5,000) to Republican Party of Virginia Inc.; (xxiv) $10,000 ($5,000) to Republican Party of Kentucky; (xxv) $10,000 ($5,000) to Montana Republican State Central Committee; (xxvi) $10,000 ($5,000) to Republican Party of Louisiana; and (xxvii) the remainder, up to $106,500 ($45,000), to the RNC Convention account.
Notwithstanding this allocation formula, a contributor may designate a contribution for a specific participant or participants. In addition, the allocation formula may change if any contribution would exceed applicable contribution limit.
Contributions must: (i) be made only by U.S. citizens or permanent residents; (ii) not be made from the funds of a corporation, labor organization or national bank; and (iii) be the donor’s personal funds, not those of another person or entity.
