Contributions or gifts to Van De Water for Congress are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions made by both spouses on a joint check must be signed by both or their separate written authorizations.

The maximum amount an individual or non-multicandidate committee may contribute is $2,800 per election. The first $2,800 of your contribution will be designated for the primary election and the next $2,800 will be designated for the general election. A federal multicandidate PAC may contribute up to $5,000 per election. Contributions for elections that do not occur in 2020 or that Kyle Van De Water does not participate in shall be refunded in full to the contributor.
