The contributor’s signature on a check or other similar authorization of a contribution shall serve as written designation of his or her contribution to the particular elections described above. Each contribution designed for 2022 Primary Election debt retirement will be aggregated with all other 2022 Primary Election contributions by that same donor for purposes of determining whether the donor has exceeded the applicable per election contribution limit. For any contribution or portion of a contribution otherwise permissible under the Act, but which would cause a contributor to exceed any applicable Federal contribution limit to a specific Committee, Vance Victory shall reallocate the excessive portion of such contribution to the remaining Committee(s), to the extent permitted by the Act, according to this allocation formula. Vance Victory shall refund to the contributor any contribution or portion of a contribution that would cause a contributor to exceed any applicable Federal contribution limit, even after re-allocation, or that is otherwise impermissible under the Act. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution to a specific Committee(s), to the extent permitted by the Act. Vance Victory will not reallocate any contribution or portion of a contribution so designated, that causes the contributor to exceed the contribution limit to the designated Committee, without the contributor’s prior written permission as required by law. Alternatively, any contributor may make a contribution payable directly to any of the specific Committee(s) listed in the first paragraph of this notice.
Contributions to Vance Victory, or to any of the Committees individually, are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.
