Contributions are not tax-deductible for income-tax purposes. All contributions are subject to the limits of Kansas law. State law requires committees to report the occupation of every individual contributor who makes a contribution over $150. If the individual is not employed, the occupation of the contributor's spouse is required.
Contributions from foreign nationals, or contributions made in the name of or reimbursed by another person, are prohibited by law. Contributions are limited to $4,000 for the 2026 primary election for each individual, corporation, partnership, trust, association, organization, and PAC, and $4,000 for the 2026 general election.
Unless designated otherwise by the contributor, all contributions will be allocated first toward the 2026 primary election, up to the maximum contribution limit, and then toward the 2026 general election, up to the maximum contribution limit.
