Contributions to Kimberly Zanon for LD30 State Senate are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to $5,400 per election cycle and a couple may contribute up to $10,800 per election cycle. Regular PACs may contribute up to $5,400, and PACs that are certified as Mega PACs may contribute up to $10,800. A Mega PAC is a PAC that, due to the large number of contributors to it, is allowed by law to make larger contributions than a regular PAC. All PACs must be registered with the Arizona Secretary of State to contribute. Contributions from corporations, LLCs, labor unions, and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited.
