Contributions to Kimberly Zanon for LD30 State Senate are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. An individual may contribute up to $5,400 per election cycle and a couple may contribute up to $10,800 per election cycle. Regular PACs may contribute up to $5,400, and PACs that are certified as Mega PACs may contribute up to $10,800. A Mega PAC is a PAC that, due to the large number of contributors to it, is allowed by law to make larger contributions than a regular PAC. All PACs must be registered with the Arizona Secretary of State to contribute. Contributions from corporations, LLCs, labor unions, and foreign nationals (non-green card holders) are prohibited. Arizona law requires Kimberly Zanon for LD30 State Senate best efforts to obtain and report the full name, residence address, occupation, and primary employer of any individual who contributes more than $50 in an election cycle.
