JOINT FUNDRAISING NOTICE

Contributions to Marjorie Taylor Greene's People Over Politicians Committee are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.

Contributions will be used in connection with federal elections. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 per election cycle.

Marjorie Taylor Greene’s People Over Politicians Committee is a joint fundraising committee authorized by and formed to benefit the following participants: Greene for Congress, Save America Stop Socialism PAC, and MTG for Georgia Leadership Committee (collectively the “Participants”).

Contributions to the Marjorie Taylor Greene’s People Over Politicians Committee will be allocated as follows:

Any contribution from an individual or non-multicandidate PAC received by Marjorie Taylor Greene’s People Over Politicians Committee shall be allocated to each of the Participants as follows: 1) the first thirty five hundred dollars ($3,500) to Greene for Congress for the 2026 primary election; 2) the next thirty five hundred dollars ($3,500) to Greene for Congress for the 2026 general election; 3) the next five thousand dollars ($5,000) to the Save America Stop Socialism PAC; and, (4) the next five thousand dollars ($5,000) to the MTG for Georgia Leadership Committee. The legal maximum that an individual or non-multicandidate PAC may contribute to Marjorie Taylor Greene’s People Over Politicians Committee is seventee thousand dollars ($17,000).
Any contribution from a candidate committee received by Marjorie Taylor Greene’s People Over Politicians Committee shall be allocated to each of the Participants as follows: 1) the first two thousand dollars ($2,000) to Greene for Congress for the 2026 primary election; 2) the next two thousand dollars ($2,000) to Greene for Congress for the 2026 general election; 3) the next five thousand dollars ($5,000) to the Save America Stop Socialism PAC; and, (4) the next five thousand dollars ($5,000) to the MTG for Georgia Leadership Committee. The legal maximum that candidate committee may contribute to Marjorie Taylor Greene’s People Over Politicians Committee is fourteen thousand dollars ($14,000).
Any contribution from a federal multicandidate PAC received by Marjorie Taylor Greene’s People Over Politicians Committee shall be allocated to each of the Participants on a percentage basis as follows: 1) the first five thousand dollars ($5,000) to Greene for Congress for the 2026 primary election; 2) the next five thousand dollars ($5,000) to Greene for Congress for the 2026 general election; 3) the next five thousand dollars ($5,000) to the Save America Stop Socialism PAC; and, (4) the next five thousand dollars ($5,000) to the MTG for Georgia Leadership Committee. The legal maximum that a federal multicandidate political action committee may contribute to Marjorie Taylor Greene’s People Over Politicians Committee is twenty thousand dollars ($20,000).
Any contribution to Marjorie Taylor Greene’s People Over Politicians Committee by any donor which exceeds the contribution limits to any Participant shall be reallocated to the other Participants to the maximum contribution limit possible. Any contribution or portion thereof to Marjorie Taylor Greene’s People Over Politicians Committee which is determined to exceed the contribution limit of that donor to the Participants, as proscribed by 52 U.S.C. § 30116, shall be refunded or returned to the donor.

By making this contribution, you affirm that the following statements are true and accurate:

You are a citizen or permanent resident (i.e. Green Card holder) in the United States and not a foreign national.
Your contribution is not from the general treasury funds of a corporation, union, or national bank.
You are not a federal government contractor.

You are making this contribution via your personal funds for which you have a legal obligation to pay and not through, on behalf of, or at the direction of another entity or person.

Important: By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by the Official Rules below and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. The Promotion is void where prohibited.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

2. SPONSOR

The Sponsor of this Promotion is Marjorie Taylor Greene’s People Over Politicians Committee Inc. located at 126 C Street NW, Third Floor, Washington, DC 20001.

3. ELIGIBILITY

ELIGIBILITY: ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS REGARDING THE ELIGIBILITY OF ENTRANTS APPLY. THE PROMOTION IS OPEN TO INDIVIDUAL UNITED STATES CITIZENS AND LAWFUL PERMANENT U.S. RESIDENTS (GREEN CARD HOLDERS) WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE FIFTY STATES, PUERTO RICO, OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY AS DETERMINED BY APPLICABLE LAW. ENTRANTS MAKING A CONTRIBUTION MUST CONFORM TO FEDERAL CONTRIBUTION LIMITATIONS AND PROHIBITIONS AS LISTED ON SPONSOR’S CONTRIBUTION PAGE. 4. DISCLAIMER Sponsor, along with its related committees, candidates, aﬃliates, directors, members, oﬃcers, consultants, professional advisors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted, or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Promotion disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor or by non-authorized human intervention; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion.

5. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on 7/3/25 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on 9/15/25 at 11:59 p.m. ET. All entries must be received within the Promotion Period to be eligible to win a prize.

6. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit here and follow the instructions. Free entries must contain all required information. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. All entrants and entries are subject to verification by Sponsor. Sponsor may, on certain days, count each entry as two entries and will notify participants of such days.

7. ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. PRIZE DESCRIPTION

One (1) winner (the “Prize Winner”) will receive a voucher from Jack’s Pawn & Gun for a FN M249S PARA Black. The approximate retail value of the prize is $10,058.00.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the actual value of the prize. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Firearm Eligibility Notice:

The prize consists of a voucher redeemable at Jack’s Pawn & Gun, a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL), for a FN M249S PARA Black firearm. The winner must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local firearm laws and regulations, including passing a federally required background check. The winner must redeem the prize through Jack’s Pawn & Gun and is solely responsible for all FFL transfer fees, background check fees, and any other regulatory costs. If the winner is unable to legally obtain or receive the firearm, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. No substitution, cash equivalent, or alternate prize will be provided.

9. WINNER SELECTION

Ten (10) potential winners will be selected by random drawing no later than 9/17/25 The Sponsor may conduct background checks. From the list of ten (10) potential winners, one (1) will be selected as the Prize Winner. Notification will occur by phone or email no later than 9/19/25. If the winner fails to meet requirements or respond within 24 hours, another potential winner may be selected.

10. WINNER REQUIREMENTS

The winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within 24 hours of notification. If the winner fails to do so or is deemed ineligible, the prize will be forfeited.

11. IDENTITY OF ENTRANT

In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, entries made online will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. An authorized account holder is deﬁned as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Each potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.

12. GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE

By entering the Promotion, you release Sponsor and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

13. COPYRIGHTS & TRADEMARKS

All materials associated with this Promotion are the property of the Sponsor and protected by law.

14. REQUEST FOR RULES OR WINNER INFO

To obtain a copy of these Rules, the winner’s name, or prize description, mail your request and a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

The name of the winner may be obtained beginning 9/19/25. (Vermont residents may omit return postage.)

15. DISPUTES

These Rules are governed by the laws of Georgia, and disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.

16. VIOLATION OF RULES & LAW

Entrants who attempt to violate or who violate these Rules will be disqualiﬁed. Entrants who tamper with Sponsor's computer or network systems, or other systems, in an attempt to disrupt the Promotion or increase chances of winning, or violate any law governing this Promotion, will be reported to relevant authorities and disqualiﬁed.

17. OTHER CONDITIONS

This Promotion is void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply to this Promotion. If any terms or provisions of the Oﬃcial Rules are held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and eﬀect. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Oﬃcial Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Promotion or any entrant's participation in the Promotion should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control aﬀect the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion, or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Promotion as planned. Entrants who violate these Oﬃcial Rules, violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in the Promotion, tamper with the operation of the Promotion or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Promotion or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualiﬁcation from entry into the Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualiﬁed or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Promotion.

18. PRIVACY POLICY

Entrants are subject to Marjorie Taylor Greene’s People Over Politicians Committee Inc. and Greene for Congress’s standard privacy policy. In case of conflict, these Rules control.
