By choosing to contribute via check or money order, you agree to provide your occupation and employer (or to indicate if you are self-employed) and send this information along with your check.
Contributions or gifts to the Republican State Leadership Committee (RSLC) and its affiliated PACs are not tax deductible. Contributions may be used for activities of the RSLC and its affiliated PACs at the RSLC’s sole discretion. The RSLC does not accept earmarked contributions. Contributions from foreign nationals are not solicited or permitted.
Contributions may be used for ‘campaign media spending,’ as defined in the Arizona Voter’s Right to Know Act, A.R.S. §§ 16-971 to 16-979, and information about donors may have to reported to the appropriate Arizona government authority for public disclosure. If you wish to opt-out of having your contribution be used for ‘campaign media spending’ in Arizona, please notify RSLC via email ([email protected]) within 21 days of making your contribution. RSLC will provide you with a receipt confirming your choice upon request.
Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose aggregate contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
