Contributions to Service & Honor will be allocated as follows:
1. The first $7,000 of any contribution by an individual or non-multicandidate federal PAC, or the first $5,000 of any contribution by a multicandidate federal PAC, will be allocated to the primary & general election account of Jake Ellzey for Congress. The next $5,000 of any contribution will be allocated to 31 Days PAC.
2. If any portion of a contribution causes a contributor to exceed the contribution limit to one or more of the participating committees, or if any contribution to a participating committee is not otherwise legally permissible, then that contribution or portion of the contribution will be reallocated to the other participating committees to the fullest extent allowed by law. If the contribution or portion of the contribution is still not legally permissible, it will be refunded to the contributor.
